We hope that you will love your new sustainable wellies but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return and then a further 14 days to return them to us.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS:
Orders placed between November 21st 2023 to Christmas Eve Dec 24th 2023 can be returned up until Jan 13th 2024.
All return orders now have a £2.95 return shipping fee which will be deducted from your final refund.
Please contact our UK office info@lakelandfootwear.co.uk to request your return shipping label and we will make the necessary arrangements.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn, with original tags attached.
Please ensure returned items are carefully packed and have the return shipping label provided by Lakeland Footwear Ltd, securely attached.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty, or your order is cancelled under the distant selling laws. Please see cancellation rights section for further information.
Please allow 7 days for refund on receipt of returned item.
We no longer offer exchanges and advise customers to place a new order for the style, colour and size required.
Your rights under the Returns Policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2013.
You have a right to cancel a contract at any time within 14 (fourteen) calendar days.; beginning on the day after you received the product(s) without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
To exercise your right to cancel a contract, you may inform us electronically by contacting our customer service team. If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement email receipt confirming your cancellation. You must then return the goods to us before the end of the 14 days cancellation period.
